- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Jim Eftink is by far one of the worst human beings I know. He turned a blind eye to my ex husbands abuse toward our children. He lied in a state child support hearing to aid my ex husband in avoiding adequate child support. He supported my ex husband in violating a court ordered parenting plan which resulted in me not seeing my son for 69 consecutive days. He misrepresented my other son in court painting him as a violent, aggressive out of control teen. He destroyed my children, split 2 brothers up and put them in separate households. BEWARE!!!! You do not want this man representing you or your children. His actions in my case were beyond tragic.By Rosanne Ellis, October 15, 2016
